A natural person is identifiable if they can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, surname, identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, mental, psychological, genetic, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person;
Data Processing – Any operation performed on data, including collection, recording, access, video and/or audio monitoring, organization, structuring, storage, alteration, retrieval, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction;
Data Subject (hereinafter referred to as the User) – Any natural person whose data is being processed;
Consent of the Data Subject (User) – A freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action (written, including electronic, or oral), signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her for a specific purpose;
Data Controller (Person responsible for processing) – A natural person, legal entity, or public institution that, individually or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of data and carries out data processing directly or through an authorized person (processor);
Data Processor (Authorized person for processing) – A natural person, legal entity, or public institution that processes data for or on behalf of the Data Controller. A natural person who is in an employment relationship with the Data Controller is not considered a Data Processor; Note: For the purposes of this document, LLC “Zoostandart” (Limited Liability Company established in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, ID: 404596380, registered: Georgia, Tbilisi, Mtatsminda district, I. Nikoladze Str., Building N4, Apt N1) is also considered a Data Processor (Authorized person);
Third Party – A natural person, legal entity, or public institution other than the Data Subject, the Personal Data Protection Service, the Data Controller, the Data Processor, a special representative, and persons who, under the direct authority of the Controller or Processor, are authorized to process data;
Direct Marketing – The direct and immediate provision of information to a Data Subject by telephone, mail, email, or other electronic means for the purpose of forming, maintaining, realizing, and/or supporting interest in the image, social issues, goods, ideas, services, work, and/or initiatives of a natural or legal person.

Consent

By using the zoostandart.ge website, the User agrees to this Privacy Policy. Accordingly, the User grants zoostandart.ge the right to process, store, and use the personal information provided by the User.

The aforementioned information will be used by zoostandart.ge to provide services in accordance with applicable law. Otherwise, zoostandart.ge will be unable to provide any services to the User or enter into a contractual relationship.

Rights of the User

The User has the right to request the following information from zoostandart.ge regarding data processing:

Which data concerning the User is being processed by zoostandart.ge;
The purpose of data processing;
The legal basis for data processing;
The method of data collection/receipt;
To whom the User’s data was disclosed, the basis and purpose of such disclosure (if any);
The data retention period or the criteria used to determine that period;
Information regarding decisions made as a result of automated processing, including profiling, the logic involved in such decision-making, as well as the significance and envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject;
The right to access data and obtain a copy thereof.

The User has the right to receive the aforementioned information no later than 10 working days from the date of their request. In special cases and with proper justification, this period may be extended by no more than 10 working days, of which the User will be notified immediately.

Due to the specific nature of zoostandart.ge’s activities, users receive information electronically.

Within 10 working days of the User sending a request, zoostandart.ge is obliged to correct/update/complete any incorrect/inaccurate/incomplete data about the User or inform the User of the grounds for rejecting the request and explain the appeal procedure.

The User has the right to require zoostandart.ge to cease, delete, or destroy the processing of their data (including profiling). Within 10 working days of the request, zoostandart.ge is obliged to cease/delete or destroy existing data about the User or inform the User of the grounds for refusal to satisfy the request and explain the appeal procedure.

Right to Restriction of Processing: The User has the right to require zoostandart.ge to block (restrict) data if:

The User disputes the accuracy of the data;
The processing is unlawful, but the User opposes the erasure of the data and requests the restriction of their use instead;
The data is no longer needed for the purposes of processing, but is required by the User for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
The User has requested the termination of processing, erasure, or destruction of data, and this request is under review;
There is a necessity to store the data for use as evidence.

The User has the right to receive information about the decision to block data or the grounds for refusal to block data immediately after the decision is made, but no later than 3 (three) working days from the moment of the request. Apart from storage, zoostandart.ge may process such data in other ways only: with the User’s consent; to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; to protect the rights of zoostandart.ge or a third party; or to protect public interests in accordance with the law.

Data Portability: In the event that the User gives consent to the processing of their data for one or more specific purposes and/or the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with the User, or to take steps at the request of the User prior to entering into a contract; and/or the User has given written consent to the processing of special categories of data (if any); he/she has the right to receive the data provided to zoostandart.ge in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request the transmission of those data to another controller.

Automated Decision Making: The User has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him/her or similarly significantly affects him/her, unless the decision based on profiling is:

Based on the User’s explicit consent;
Necessary for entering into, or performance of, a contract between the User and zoostandart.ge;
Authorized by a law or subordinate act issued within the scope of powers delegated by law.

Withdrawal of Consent: The User has the right to withdraw their consent to data processing on the zoostandart.ge website at any time and to request the termination of data processing and/or the erasure/destruction of processed data by contacting the zoostandart.ge support service via email. In such a case, zoostandart.ge will, in turn, cancel the User’s personal account within 10 (ten) working days and cease data processing and/or destroy the processed data, unless there are other legal grounds for processing the data. Before withdrawing consent, the User has the right to request and receive information from zoostandart.ge regarding the possible consequences of withdrawing consent.

The User has the right to appeal to the Personal Data Protection Service or the court in case of violation of rights provided by the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

User Obligations

The User is obliged to provide zoostandart.ge with complete and accurate information about themselves to receive services in the future. This obligation also applies to changes in the information provided by the User.

Call Center

For the purpose of improving the quality of zoostandart.ge service, eliminating problems/defects, providing feedback, and ensuring security, incoming and outgoing calls are recorded, stored, and processed.

With Whom We Share User Information

Personal data is transferred to a partner – a courier service, specifically LLC “Zoostandart” (Limited Liability Company established in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, ID: 404596380, registered: Georgia, Tbilisi, Mtatsminda district, I. Nikoladze Str. №4, Apt. №1). This ensures the delivery of purchased goods to the buyer at the address specified by them. The following information about the buyer will be transferred to the partner company providing courier services: order data, name, surname, address, and contact phone number. The information provided to the partner company will be used exclusively for the purpose of delivering the purchased goods.

The transfer of user personal data may be necessary in cases provided for by the applicable legislation of Georgia, for the purposes of detecting, investigating, or preventing crimes.

Based on the User’s interests, within the framework of direct marketing activities, for the purpose of providing advertising materials and improving the quality of services, goods, and products of interest to the User, zoostandart.ge may, with the User’s consent, use the User’s personal data, specifically name and email address/phone number.

zoostandart.ge has the right to transfer personal data to any third parties in cases provided for by the applicable legislation of Georgia.

Direct Marketing Consent / Withdrawal

For the purpose of direct marketing mailings, the User gives consent through active action.

The User has the opportunity to withdraw their consent to receive advertising messages from zoostandart.ge at any time. In turn, zoostandart.ge will stop sending advertising messages to the User within a reasonable time after receiving the request for withdrawal of consent, but no later than 7 (seven) working days.

The User’s consent to receive advertising messages can be withdrawn in the personal cabinet on the zoostandart.ge website as follows: In the User’s personal cabinet, there is an “On/Off” button, through which the User can consent to/refuse the processing of information for direct marketing purposes, as well as receiving SMS and Email notifications about news and offers.

zoostandart.ge is obliged to register and store information about the time and fact of the User’s consent and withdrawal of consent for the entire period of direct marketing mailing and for 1 (one) year after its termination.

A User’s request to stop direct marketing mailings does not obligate zoostandart.ge to stop providing information about updates and changes.
