Nikoladze st., N4, building N1.<\/p><p> LLC &quot;Zoostandart&quot; will be hereinafter referred to as &quot;zoostandart.ge&quot; in these Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and all other guidelines and instructions.<\/p><p> The Terms and Conditions for Using the zoostandart.ge Website, together with any amendments made to it and other regulations of zoostandart.ge, constitute a single document and should be considered as a single agreement concluded with the User.<\/p><p> When registering on the website, the user agrees and acknowledges these terms and conditions, privacy policy, return and exchange rules, and also agrees to be bound by their legal force.<\/p><p> If the user does not agree with the content of zoostandart.ge&#039;s legal documents, he\/she may not use the website, however, zoostandart.ge requests the user to provide comments via e-mail.<\/p><p> In case of additional questions, complaints, or requests, the user can contact zoostandart.ge via e-mail. Nikoladze st., N4, building N1;<\/li><li> User \u2013 a legal entity or an individual over the age of 18 (with legal capacity) who wishes to purchase products posted on zoostandart.ge;<\/li><li> User consent \u2013 the expressed consent of the user to familiarize himself with this document and to process his personal data;<\/li><li> Third party \u2013 any natural or legal person, public institution;<\/li><li> Direct marketing \u2013 the direct and immediate provision of information to a data subject by telephone, mail, e-mail or other electronic means for the purpose of forming, maintaining, realizing and\/or supporting interest in a natural person and\/or legal entity, goods, ideas, services, work and\/or initiatives, as well as image and social topics;<\/li><li> Registration \u2013 creating a personal account;<\/li><li> Account \u2013 a personal page registered by a user on zoostandart.ge;<\/li><li> LLC &quot;Zoostandart&quot; \u2013 a courier company that delivers products purchased on zoostandart.ge to customers;<\/li><li> LLC &quot;Zoostandard&quot; - a courier company that will deliver products to customers.<\/li><\/ul><p> By opening an account on the website, the user is given the opportunity to purchase products listed on zoostandart.ge.<\/p><p> Each order placed by a user constitutes a separate purchase agreement, the parties to which are the authorized user of the website and Zoostandard LLC. When placing an order, the subject of the purchase, its value, and the place of delivery are generated.<\/p><h2> Registration<\/h2><p> To purchase products on zoostandart.ge, you must register on the website, for which you must fill out the registration form with the following data:<\/p><ul><li> Email;<\/li><li> Name;<\/li><li> Last name;<\/li><li> Phone number;<\/li><li> Password to log in to the system.<\/li><\/ul><p> Customers can register on the website during the product purchase process and also before purchasing.<\/p><p> Registration\/authorization before purchase occurs after the user selects &quot;Login&quot; from the website&#039;s main menu.<\/p><p> Login\/authorization is possible in the following ways:<\/p><ul><li> Through the Facebook social network;<\/li><li> With Google;<\/li><li> By email.<\/li><\/ul><p> The User confirms and warrants that:<\/p><ul><li> The information provided by him\/her is complete and correct;<\/li><li> He\/She is a legally capable adult who has reached the age of 18;<\/li><li> Will not use another person&#039;s identifying information for the purpose of registering on the zoostandart.ge website;<\/li><li> Will not use a name that may be derogatory or offensive to any other person;<\/li><li> Will not use the website to spread false information;<\/li><li> Will not use the website to impersonate another company, a company employee, or any other person;<\/li><li> Will not violate the rights of another person by engaging in unlawful or harmful actions;<\/li><li> Will not use any device or program whose purpose is to obtain information from the website and\/or interfere with its normal functioning;<\/li><li> Will protect copyright and related rights, will not carry out unauthorized use, processing and publication of information available on zoostandart.ge: logo, pictogram, picture, graphic, image, patent, trademark, design and any other type of intellectual property, without the prior written consent of zoostandart.ge;<\/li><li> Will not use another user&#039;s account;<\/li><li> Will not attempt to gain access to another user&#039;s authentication information;<\/li><li> Will not take any action that would jeopardize the proper functioning of zoostandart.ge;<\/li><li> Will not take any action prohibited by applicable law, this Agreement, or zoostandart.ge&#039;s Privacy Policy.<\/li><\/ul><h2> Placing an order and purchasing products by the user<\/h2><p> After the user selects a product and places it in the virtual order cart, in the case of a new user, the following information will be required: email, name, mobile number, and address where they would like to receive the purchase.<\/p><p> To pay for zoostandart.ge products, you will be redirected to the payment page. Before making the payment, the user is obliged to verify the address and contact information provided by him in order to ensure smooth delivery of the purchased products. In case of providing an incorrect\/incomplete address and\/or contact information, the user is responsible for any delay in the delivery of the products.<\/p><p> The user will be able to verify information about the product they purchased on their personal page.<\/p><p> zoostandart.ge reserves the right to refuse or cancel a customer&#039;s order if there is suspicion of fraud, unauthorized or illegal transactions.<\/p><p> zoostandart.ge reserves the right to unilaterally, without agreement with the customer, set\/change the minimum\/maximum limit of the order value, which does not require the customer&#039;s consent and\/or the execution of additional documentation.<\/p><p> After the consumer pays for the product, the ownership of the purchased item is fully transferred to the consumer.<\/p><p> The customer can view the rules for exchanging and returning purchased products on the Return Terms page.<\/p><h2> Terms and conditions of delivery of purchased products<\/h2><p> The user agrees that the delivery of the purchased products will be carried out by LLC &quot;Zoostandard&quot; (identification code: 404596380, registered: Georgia, Tbilisi, Mtatsminda district, I. Nikoladze st., N4, building N1).<\/p><p> The parties to the supply agreement are the customer and Zoostandart LLC.<\/p><p> For the purpose of providing courier services, zoostandart.ge provides the user with confidential personal information known to the user, namely, the user&#039;s name, surname, address and telephone number.<\/p><p> Zoostandart.ge delivers the products purchased by the user to the courier company LLC &quot;Zoostandart&quot;, which transports the products to the specified address. Zoostandart.ge&#039;s responsibility ends when the products are transferred to the courier company. The risk of loss or damage to the products is fully transferred to the courier company.<\/p><p> The user can view the policy on the processing and storage of confidential information on the Privacy Policy page.<\/p><h2> Receiving service<\/h2><p> Customers can only receive purchased products on the following days.<\/p><p> Products purchased by the user from the zoostandart.ge website before 4:00 PM will be delivered within Tbilisi on the same day, while products purchased after 4:00 PM will be delivered the next day, unless the order falls on a holiday\/non-working day.<\/p><p> In large and small regions, products purchased from the zoostandart.ge website are delivered within 2-7 business days, and in the case of mountainous regions, within 2-12 business days.<\/p><p> The cost of courier service within Tbilisi for orders up to 350 GEL is based on the rate of the delivery service you have selected, and if the order exceeds 350 GEL, the courier service is free.<\/p><p> The cost of courier service throughout Georgia for orders up to 350 GEL is 12 GEL, depending on the rate of the delivery service you have selected, and\/or if the order exceeds 350 GEL, the courier service is free.<\/p><p> The zoostandart.ge delivery team ensures smooth delivery of your order to the address you specified, provided the following conditions are met:<\/p><ul><li> If the driveway leads to a building or house;<\/li><li> If the road in the yard is paved and safe for movement;<\/li><li> If there is space to move around in the yard and there are no obstacles of any kind (e.g. construction materials or waste or there is no so-called barrier at the entrance to the yard).<\/li><\/ul><p> Please note: The item will be delivered to the address before the entrance of the building and will be delivered to you in an outdoor area, unopened. Otherwise, the order will be returned to the warehouse.<\/p><h2> Payment method<\/h2><p> Payment is made only through non-cash payments.<\/p><p> When placing an order, the user is redirected from the website to the payment page, where they enter their card details. The payment request is processed and confirmed by the bank. Payment is also made by transferring funds to a bank account.<\/p><p> zoostandart.ge does not have access to the payment page or the bank card details provided by the user.<\/p><p> If the payment is successfully completed, a message containing relevant information will appear on the screen.<\/p><p> After completing the payment, the customer will receive confirmation of the successful completion of the order to the email address provided.<\/p><h2> Closing and restricting use of personal accounts<\/h2><p> If zoostandart.ge believes that the User has violated these Terms and Conditions or the User has registered by providing false information, it is authorized to close access and restrict the use of the Personal Account unilaterally based on a notification sent to the e-mail. In case of receiving such a notification, the User should contact the zoostandart.ge team.<\/p><p> In order for a user to cancel\/close their personal account on the zoostandart.ge website, they must click \u201eDelete Account\u201c after entering the settings field in their personal account, after which their personal account will automatically be closed.<\/p><h2> Disclaimer<\/h2><p> zoostandart.ge ensures the development of appropriate defense mechanisms to the best of its ability, however, it is not responsible for unauthorized access to data stored on the platform, damage caused by third parties, or the services they offer to the user.<\/p><p> By registering on the website, the user confirms that he\/she is a legally capable person over the age of 18 and uses the website at his\/her own free will and risk.<\/p><p> zoostandart.ge is not responsible for the website or service being continuously available to the user and does not guarantee that the website will be free of software bugs, viruses and\/or any other errors.<\/p><p> zoostandart.ge disclaims all liability for damage caused by negligence, as well as in cases where the information required for user authorization becomes known to a third party.<\/p><p> zoostandart.ge excludes any liability of itself and all its employees in the event of a culpable violation of this document and applicable legislation by the user.<\/p><p> In the event that a court determines zoostandart.ge&#039;s liability, it is limited to the value of the disputed product.<\/p><p> The company disclaims all liability for any damage and\/or disruption that may be caused by the participation of third parties - Internet providers, mobile companies, and other disrupted operations.<\/p><h2> Restrictions on using the website<\/h2><p> The information on the website may be changed or removed without prior notice. zoostandart.ge will not provide the user with any service that it believes is contrary to applicable law.<\/p><p> The user is prohibited from using the website for illegal purposes, including unauthorized access to zoostandart.ge systems, improper use of information on the website, or any other action that may cause direct or indirect harm to the legally protected interests of zoostandart.ge.<\/p><h2> Marketing<\/h2><p> Based on the interests of the user, through direct marketing, advertising materials, interesting offers, discounts, product delivery, services and service quality improvement, zoostandart.ge uses the user&#039;s personal information, in particular, name and e-mail address\/phone number, with the user&#039;s consent.<\/p><p> zoostandart.ge is authorized to share personal information with any third party in cases provided for by the current legislation of Georgia.<\/p><p> Gives consent for direct marketing purposes by active action.<\/p><p> The user has the opportunity to withdraw his\/her consent to direct marketing from zoostandart.ge at any time. The user is not entitled to use the zoostandart.ge trademark, graphic images placed on the website in connection with any product or service that may cause confusion. The user is not entitled to use them in a way that would disparage or insult the reputation of zoostandart.ge. In case of such a violation, zoostandart.ge reserves the right to seek legal remedies. The content, terms and conditions, and privacy policy of other websites may differ from this policy. Accordingly, zoostandart.ge encourages users to familiarize themselves with the terms of use and privacy policy of the website linked to.<\/p><h2> Governing Law and Dispute Resolution Procedure<\/h2><p> These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Georgia.<\/p><p> The parties agree that in the event of a dispute, they will attempt to resolve the dispute through negotiations. If negotiations are unsuccessful, the parties are entitled to apply to the Tbilisi City Court.<\/p><p> The invalidity of any part of these Terms and Conditions shall not invalidate any other part.<\/p><h2> Changes and additions<\/h2><p> zoostandart.ge reserves the right to make changes and\/or additions to this document at any time, unilaterally, by publishing it on the same website, without further additional consent from the user.
